How do we fund
Funding is usually by invitation rather than application based. The Reid Malley Foundation will, however, consider evidence based applications for both one-off and multi- year programs.
An expression of interest for funding can be made to the Foundation at –
Reid Malley Foundation
Expressions of interest
Expressions of interest should include:
- a short summary of the proposed program
- how the program links to the Foundation’s mission and priority areas
- evidence base for the program
- program partners and roles
- anticipated outcomes
- overall program budget
EOIs should be no longer than 2–3 pages, but relevant attachments can also be provided.
Please note that this is an initial process only and more information may be required following consideration of expressions of interest.
Eligibility for Organisations Applications will be accepted for grants for charitable purposes from Australian incorporated organisations that have been endorsed by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) as Tax Concession Charities (TCC). Organisations will need to have DGR 1 status.
Principles underpinning our funding approach
Important to the Foundation’s funding approach is to support programs that:
- Work collaboratively
- Effect sustainable change
- Do no harm
- Build on the knowledge and expertise of the relevant sectors(s)
- Work in the gaps
